Little is known about the architect, but the quirky, idiosyncratic detailing gives the property real character and charm, whilst not betraying the architect's modernist leanings.

The sizeable lounge features original oak flooring and wood burning stove, making it a perfect room for a night by the fire. Or throwing open the doors and enjoying the early evening sunshine and pleasant gardens.

Adjoining the lounge is a library/music room – a quiet, peaceful room to either sit and read or listen to music - vintage turntable included. The games room is a place for everyone to enjoy a game of table tennis or darts. Kids can also plug their games consoles into the TV and relax on the bean bags.
